INTRO: Saloniki is a fast-casual Greek sandwich shop co-founded by award-winning Chef Jody Adams. With 3 locations in Fenway, Cambridge, and Central Square, Saloniki also serves signature cocktails and desserts.

MY ROLE: Qualitative research, restaurant liaison, visual design & presentation

TOOLS & METHODS: Informational Interviews; Qualtrics; ZMET; Social Media Listening; Google Trends; Multi-Attribute Model

Problem:

Popularity seems to be plateauing after initial launch. No loyalty for brand, as company struggles to find cohesive brand image and competitor has opened across the street

Objective:

Explore current company positioning and analyze brand attitudes to provide feasible, cost-friendly, and measurable recommendations to management team.
